Navigating the school system and IEP process can feel overwhelming. I provide collaborative support to help families understand their child’s educational rights, clarify goals, and advocate effectively within school meetings. Whether reviewing documents, preparing for an upcoming ARD/IEP meeting, or attending alongside you, my role is to ensure your child’s needs are clearly communicated and thoughtfully supported. Together, we work to create school plans that are realistic, strengths-based, and aligned with your child’s long-term growth
IEP Services
I provide on-site classroom consultations to support teachers, staff, and students in creating environments where every child can thrive. Consultations focus on understanding individual learning and behavioral needs, offering strategies to promote positive behavior change, communication, and engagement, while respecting each child’s unique strengths. I work collaboratively with educators and families to design practical, sustainable supports that can be implemented seamlessly throughout the school day, helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Classroom Consultations
I provide tailored training and ongoing support for staff at daycares, residential programs, and other organizations that serve individuals with differences. Sessions focus on practical, evidence-informed strategies to enhance behavior support, communication, and social-emotional learning while fostering inclusive, respectful, and strengths-based environments. I work alongside teams to build confidence, improve consistency, and empower staff to support the individuals in their care with skill, compassion, and understanding.
